TVC News is a Nigerian 24-hour TV news channel claimed by Continental Broadcasting Service Nigeria Ltd. Presently TVC Communications situated in Lagos. From its commencement the system advanced itself as the “primary Pan-African news organization” with plans to open workplaces in Johannesburg, Nairobi, Accra and Dakar. The channel affectation on British Sky Broadcasting Group Plc (BSKYb) in the UK, Naspers Ltd. (NPN’s) DStv and Startimes in Nigeria, and Multi TV in Ghana.
Its present CEO is Andrew Hanlon, previous Group Head of News and Current Affairs at TV3 Ireland, and its agent CEO is Lemi Olalemi, previous executive of projects at Channels TV. One of the objectives of the system is to offer an alternate point of view to numerous outside media generalizations about Africa.
